EMPOWER.ED is the natural evolution of Heather Labbe’s Trauma Informed Intuitive Yoga Program she teaches at YWCA New Britain.

The program is an evidenced-based approach to stress resilience with a focus on mindful self-compassion and listending to and trusting yourself and your body.
